Delirium red

Just like it’s famous “older brother” , delirium tremens, this red version is a fairly strong beer .Dont be fooled by the pink color and stylish bottle ! This type of beer is not to be compared with a regular kriek! You better be warned: Next to a lot of aroma’s, there’s also 8% alcohol present in this beer.

The flavours are however still fruity and sweet. Not that overly sweet we know from commercial fruitbeers but with a nice acidity. Hints of almond and sour cherries make this beer complete.

I must admit that i was sceptic before tasting but this beer is definitely worth a try. Check out the really nice delirium glass with a foot in the shape of an elephant’s trunk. It makes the experience complete.
